Most orders ship UPS 2 Day for fast delivery. Some Florida orders will go UPS ground while Hawaii orders ship USPS Priority Express.

We ship wholesale orders Monday-Wednesday to ensure delivery before the weekend. While we try to get orders out asap, fulfillment times can run up to 7 business days.

Depending on the destination temperatures, we'll add a heat pack, thermal wrap lining, both, or neither. We do this automatically so no need to order anything extra!

Your plants are carefully wrapped and packed to prevent them from shifting in transit. We use biodegradable packing peanuts for extra cushioning—these eco-friendly peanuts can be composted or dissolved in water for mess-free disposal.

We ship via UPS, so our plants are packaged differently than typical wholesalers who usually sell by case packs. Since each order is unique, shipping costs will vary based on the number and size of the plants in your order and the destination.

Our location in central Florida means shipping costs are typically lower for nearby destinations and higher for those farther away. We work with our UPS partner to secure the best rates and charge wholesalers the exact shipping cost.

We restock on a rolling basis throughout the week! Please note that due to the unpredictable growth of plants, we can't provide specific timelines for availability. 

Once we accept an order, we're not able to make changes to it. However, if you need to update your shipping address or contact information, shoot us a message and we'll fix it!

Our Faire shop has a $300 order minimum ($150 for first orders!) with the following item minimums:

Plants: 5 per species

Potting media: 10 per type

Stickers: 5

Pins: 3

We're open for pickup from Monday-Thursday, 11am to 3pm. When checking out, choose "Apopka Pickup" as the shipping method and choose your pickup date. 

Orders for next-day pickup must be placed by 2pm the day before. If you need a different time, send us a message and we’ll try to work it out!

BWH Wholesale has a $500 order minimum with the following item minimum/case size:

4" plants: 15 per species (half case)

6" plants: 12 per species (full case)

Potting media: 10 per type

Stickers: 5

Pins: 3

Our small team isn't currently able to offer tours or facilitate in-person purchases from the greenhouse. You're welcome to place an order online and pick it up, though! 

Yep! You’ll choose and coordinate directly with the trucking company of your choice, including handling payment and providing them with any necessary details. Once your order is placed, we’ll connect with the trucking service to confirm the pickup date and ensure a smooth handoff. This option allows you to manage the shipping process while we help with scheduling and logistics on our end.
